New Brandywine school won’t bear Joe Biden’s name

    Well, Joe, you can’t win everything.

    A new school in Delaware’s Brandywine School District will not be named after Vice Pres. and Delaware native Joe Biden. Instead, the Hanby Elementary School & Bush Early Education Center will open its doors for the first time later this year.
