Nearly 2,000 expected for Inagural Ball
Nearly 2,000 are expected to help Governor Markell celebrate the start of his second term at the Inaugural Ball in Wilmington. The 2013 Inaugural Ball will be held at the Chase Center on the Riverfront starting at 7 p.m. The theme of this year’s event is “Celebrating Volunteerism in our State.”
