Mother of murdered UD student to speak in Dover

Kathleen Bonistall, mother of murdered University of Delaware student Lindsey Bonistall will speak in Dover.  
Kathleen Bonistall will be the keynote speaker for the 21st Annual Crime Victim’s Tribute held tonight in Dover.  The man accused of killing the UD student in 2005 was recently convicted for a second time of murder.  The case against James Cooke is now in the penalty phase.  

The event held at the Dover Sheraton at 7 p.m. coincides with National crime Victim’s Rights Week which is currently underway.
