Mother charged

Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams says his office will continue the investigation into the death of a 2-month-old, whose mother has been charged with murder.
The infant, Quasir Alexander, died last week of starvation, despite his family’s use of services that provided aid like formula. Though his mother, Tanya Williams, has been charged with murder, a CBS report says Williams will look into the roles of the Department of Human Services, the Lutheran Children and Family Service and Travelers Aid, which all assisted the family.
