More spaces

A $38 million parking garage in Atlantic City will be ready for the 2012 holiday shopping season. A 1,200-space, five-story parking garage is on tap for Fairmount and Mississippi avenues.

Projected for Spring 2012 completion, the Christopher Columbus Parking Garage will include restrooms and first-floor retail space, as well as a 50,000 sq. ft. solar array, the Press of Atlantic City reports.

Fees for the garage haven’t been decided upon yet, but are expected to me more affordable than current options.
