More abuse charges for part owner of Delaware ice rink

Two more victims have come forward accusing the New Jersey man of touching them inappropriately at the Pond Ice Arena in Newark.

Scott Bicking was already facing child abuse charges after a 14-year-old boy accused Bicking of inappropriately touching him in an office at the Pond in early September.  A second victim, a 13-year-old boy, came forward the next day with similar accusations.

Bicking was arrested by Newark Police on Sept. 6.  At that time, police asked anyone who may have more information on other instances of abuse to come forward.

Now, Bicking has been arrested on two additional charges involving a pair of boys, an 11-year-old and a 12-year-old.  The latest charges stem from abuse that is alleged to have happened between Dec. 2012 and July 2013.  All of the abuse is alleged to have happened at the Pond Ice Arena.
