The Philadelphia Police Department will hold a press release today at 2 p.m. regarding arrests in a money making scam.
Lt. Raymond Evers, commanding officer of the Media Relations Unit, and Lt. John Walker of Southwest Detectives will discuss the arrest of five Liberian males invovled in a money making scam. The Secret Service is also expected to attend.
