Mayoral candidates address residents’ concerns about pollution, litter and illegal parking
In launching its “Street Level” series, The Next Mayor took questions about refinery pollution, “pervasive” litter and illegal parking/sidewalk obstructions to Philadelphia mayoral candidates Jim Kenney and Melissa Murray Bailey this week.
The series is designed to serve as a conduit connecting community leaders with the candidates.
In this installment, the questions were asked, via video, by West Passyunk Neighbors Association member Jennifer Harrison (refinery pollution), Lower Moyamensing Civic Association President Todd Schwartz (litter) and Frankford resident Josetta Krause (parking on sidewalks).
