Mayor of Wilmington to deliver Fiscal Year 2013 budget address
Mayor James Baker of Wilmington gives his budget address tonight.
Baker, who is in the final year of his third and final term, will outline his spending plan for Fiscal Year 2013 at a meeting of city council. The address is scheduled for 6 p.m. at council chambers. Council’s finance committee will review the spending plan at a series of meetings.
