Mayor Michael Nutter says Philly on heightened level of security after Boston bombing

    The mayor says there have been no specific threats in the city, but Nutter says security will be increased for the annual Broad Street Run on May 5. The Pittsburgh Marathon is the same day and public safety officials are reviewing preparations for that race, too.
