Maury Povich donates $1 million to University of Pennsylvania journalism program

    Penn, you are the recipient!

We imagine that’s the way things went down when King of Paternity Tests Maury Povich gave $1 million to the University of Pennsylvania’s Kelly Writers House.

The Penn grad took a break from DNA testing on his daytime talk show to establish the Povich Fund for Journalism Programs, Dan Gross reports. The son of a Washington Post sports writer and wife of journalist Connie Chung, has donated to other writing programs at his alma mater of the years.
