Market Street balustrade work

Work crews from Buckley and Company were hard at work with jack-hammers Friday afternoon, chipping out damaged balustrades on the structure that was built in 1932. According to workers, relacement balustrades will be custom made. The Market Street Bridge is the fourth span to cross the Schuylkill River at that spot.
