Markell welcomes Japanese exchange students

Students from Delaware’s sister-state in Japan will visit Legislative Hall in
Dover this afternoon.  The students from Miyagi Prefecture are the first group of students to visit Delaware since the earthquake and tsunami caused widespread devastation in Miyagi.  The 56 exchange students ranging in age from middle school through college have been sharing their story of survival along with parts of their culture with students in the Appoquninmink School District.
