A member of the U.S. Marine Corps has been missing from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst for several days, according to the man’s wife.

The last time Sgt. Tristan Clinger, 28, was seen was around 4 p.m. on Dec. 20 at the Joint Base, according to his wife, Rachel Clinger.

NBC10 reports that Clinger has served in the marines for five years and appeared to be distraught shortly before he went missing.

Clinger, a while male, is approximately 5-feet, 10-inches with facial hair and sandy brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red hat, plain button down shirt, blue jeans, brown boots, and a backpack, according to Rachel Clinger.
