Man dies on El

    More vehicle tragedy in the region, this time on the rails.

    A train on the Market Frankford Line struck and killed an unidentified man shortly after 1:00 p.m. today in University City.

    The Philadelphia Daily News reports service on the El has been temporarily suspended between 15th and 40th Streets while police and SEPTA officials investigate.

    The victim, a possible suicide, was described as 21-years-old.
