Making over Philadelphia’s statue collection

    We’ve got a lot of statues in Philadelphia. Most notably, of course, is the Rocky statue. Love it or hate it, it’s probably the first to be named when tourists and natives alike rattle off a list.

    The William Penn statue atop City Hall is probably just as popular, if only for his curse.

    But if we take stock, is there room for change in our collection?
