Lt. Gov. gets flu shot

Lt. Gov. Matt Denn gets his flu shot to encourage Delawareans to do the same as flu season gets underway.

Denn’s vaccination is part of the Delaware Division of Public Health’s kickoff of their campaign to encourage Delawareans to get vaccinated.  As part of the event, 17 community partners will be recognized for their efforts to encourage flu vaccination.  Those partners include the farmer’s markets in New Castle and Newark, who will be awarded for allowing flu clinics to be held at the markets.
