Limerick industrial park developers try to meet beautification requirements

The developers of a proposed industrial park in Limerick have some off-beat ideas for conforming to the beautification efforts along Ridge Pike.

Naplin Three L.P plans to build five warehouses and a street-facing hotel in keeping with look on Ridge Pike. And the warehouse facades would made be of masonry or stone.
The Mercury reports the Board of Supervisors are working to ensure Limerick gets the most it can out of the property on the 600-block of West Ridge Pike, and that includes discussing whether an in-property road should be part of the township’s street network.

Planning isn’t over; a meeting will be set up for further discussion.
