Level 2 driving restrictions, mandatory evacuations in Delaware lifted

    The Governor of Delaware has reduced the Level 2 driving restriction to a level 1 driving warning and has removed the mandatory evacuation and closure of businesses, effective immediately.

    According to CBS 3 in Philadelphia, the Governor made the decision after consulting with local and state emergency officials.

    CBS 3 reports roads in some parts of the state remain closed due to flooding or tree blockages.
