Lemon law to protect farm equipment advances in New Jersey Assembly

    A bill that would protect farm equipment under New Jersey’s lemon law has advanced to the Senate Commerce Committe after being approved 76-0 by the Assembly, as the Gloucester County Times reports.

    The legislation was introduced in January by Democratic Assemblymen John Burzichelli of Paulsboro and Celeste Riley of Bridgeton.
