Lawyer cites ethnic populations as a reason to build another casino
What makes Global Gaming so sure Philadelphia needs another casino? Because of the large Asian and Slavic populations in the city. That’s what James J. DiVergilis, attorney for the gaming company, said at yesterday’s House Gaming Oversight Committee.
