Lawyer accused of hunter’s death pleads guilty to theft

    Awaiting trial for the death of a Bucks County hunter, David Manilla was in a different court in a different county today for different charges.

    The lawyer pleaded guilty today to retail theft in Berks County.
    In September 2009, the 49-year-old attempted to steal nearly $200 worth of merchandise from a sporting goods store in Tilden Township, the Mercury reports. Aside from being banned from the store, Manilla also got five years’ probation and 40 hours of community service.
