Lambie Funeral Home puts on its fourth annual Live Nativity [slideshow]

The fourth annual Live Nativity, as in previous years, was held in the parking lot of Lambie Funeral Home, at Rowland Avenue and Rhawn Street this past Saturday.

Families young and old alike came from around the Northeast to pet a live camel, sheep and baby goats and see baby Jesus, Mary, Joseph, shepherds and the three wise men. And of course, Santa was there.

Everyone enjoyed music provided by the children’s choir from Holmesburg Baptist Christian Academy, Father Judge High School Band and St. Hubert’s High School Drama Club. Children mostly, but also some adults, partook of hot cocoa and freshly popped corn.

A collection table was set up to accept donations to the Holy Terrors S.T.A.R.S. Sports Program for children with Special Needs
