L&I property remains unshoveled despite city’s three-foot rule

NewsWorks contributor Bob Shipman sends this report from the Northwest, along with a photo of a messy, snowy sidewalk out front of a Licenses & Inspections office:

“One of the law enforcers for the City of Philadelphia does not even comply with the law. [L&I] has not shoveled the path for the residents in front of the Northern Division office located in the 200-block of east Rittenhouse streets near the corner of Bayton and Rittenhouse. This street coupled with the PHA Morton homes has created a terrible section with major pedestrian traffic, Germantown High School, churches and housing complexes. Come on Philly.”
