Kaiden became President of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance in 2010. Since then he’s been leading several collaborative arts initiatives. He is chief architect of Engage 2020, a civic engagement initiative focused on doubling cultural participation in Greater Philadelphia by 2020.
