Judge says Gosnells’ assets to remain frozen

    A lawyer for Kermit Gosnell has agreed the abortion doctor’s assests will remain frozen, with exception of his $900,000 Shore house. A judge extended the order today, which calls for court approval before Gosnell can sell any of his  other properties in order to pay legal fees, the Associated Press reports. The request came from the family of a woman whom Gosnell is charged with killing during a botched abortion at his clinic.
