Judge overturns ‘sex for tickets’ conviction

    Susan Finkelstein is not an attempted prostitute.

    So says her lawyer, who announced today a judge has overturned Finkelstein’s attempted prostitution conviction she incurred for trying to get Phillies World Series tickets through Craigslist.
    Finkelstein was acquitted of prostitution charges, but sentenced to community service and probation for attempted prostitution — a crime her lawyer tells KYW can’t actually exist. Apparently a Pennsylvania Superior Court judge agrees.
