Jones to sponsor financial wellness seminar

It’s tax season in Philadelphia. And it’s always money season. In response, City Councilman Curtis Jones, the Mayor’s Office of Community Service and Wachovia will host two “Accountability & Fiscal Wellness” seminars. The first is scheduled for tomorrow.

Interested parties are invited to West Philadelphia’s Pinn Memorial Baptist Church to discuss taxes, small business, mortgage guidelines, insurance, banking and investments from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The second seminar will be Jan. 26 at Kendrick Rec Center in Manayunk.
