Jolly dollars

Santa’s not really one for giving out cash. And laundromats are typically associated with taking your money. But in Hammonton, Santa breaks the rules.

Early Sunday morning, the folks doing laundry at Al & Rich’s laundromat got a break from the folding, fluffing and coin-feeding when the big guy arrived, cash in hand. A man dressed as Santa gave out $180 to patrons, the Press of Atlantic City reports. Santa gave out 20 dollar bills, which proved real when held up to the fluorescent glare of the laundromat lights.
