Jersey update
This just in from Phil Gregory in Trenton:
The first layoff notices to NJ state workers went out this morning…these are 45 day notices.
The first ones appear to have gone to people working at NJN, the state owned public TV and radio network.
According to Phil, these are probably the only notices that will go out today.
