New Superior Court Judge Charles Butler will officially take the bench in Wilmington this afternoon.Butler is leaving his position as Chief Deputy Attorney General for the state to take a seat as Superior Court Judge. Members of Delaware’s Congressional Delegation, Governor Markell, and other state leaders are expected to be on hand as Judge Myron Steele administers the Oath of Office.
