Ice Cream Festival returns
The Rockwood Ice Cream Festival returns this weekend after a hiatus.
Dubbed Delaware’s “longest running family picnic” the Ice Cream Festival at Rockwood Park is back with live music, entertainment, and of course, ice cream. The festival runs from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, and from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
