Housing Authority delays meeting over call for board resignations

    The Philadelphia Housing Authority board has delayed its morning meeting until at least 1 p.m. The Associated Press reports chairman John Street is doing some behind the scenes work related to the Housing and Urban Development office’s insistence that the board members resign.

    Tom MacDonald will follow up after the meeting, which was originially set for 11 a.m.
