For a job hunter, a nice suit could make the difference between getting the job or losing out.  To provide that finishing touch, MenzFit has opened in Center City for men in need .

Calvin Purnell, a member of the nonprofit’s board, said giving interview clothes to someone who cannot afford them is an important boost for job seekers.

“MenzFit gives you the ability to move forward, to give you the education you need,” he said. “That way, you can present yourself properly in organizations where you are going for job interviews.”

The new location at 1500 Walnut St. resembles a custom clothier more than anything else. And the group offers more than just a clean shirt.
