NBC 10 reports that high humidity and temperatures close to 90 degrees will result in a heat warning that will be in effect starting today at noon. The city of Philadelphia will activate its special summer heat programs, including a special ‘heatline’ (215-765-9040) which will be in operation from noon until midnight Monday.
