Greek Festival begins in Delaware

The 2012 Greek Festival gets underway today, offering five days and nights of fabulous food, music, dancing, arts, crafts and more.

The Greek Festival is open daily from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 9th and Broom Streets in Wilmington.  Delicious delicacies like mousaka, pastichio, gyros, souvlaki, spanokopita, dolmades and more will be served up – and don’t miss the tempting desserts!  A free downtown lunch shuttle will also be available weekdays from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. from 9th and Market Streets.  Opa!
