Grant, loans help six Camden County towns with sewer project

    Six Camden County towns will get help with their sewage collection capactiy through $50 million in grants and low-interest loans.

    New Jersey’s Environmental Infrastructure Trust Fund has approved a $2 million loand and $48,050,000 in loans to the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority, according to the Gloucester County Times.

    Berlin Borough, Berlin Township, Chesilhurst, Pine Hill, Waterford Township and Winslow Township will gets parts of 25 miles of new sewer. Work begins in April is expected to wrap up in Fall 2013.
