Gov. Markell visits Positive Outcomes Charter
Governor Markell will help cut the ribbon at the “re-opening” of Positive Outcomes Charter School.
Markell will be at the school in Camden today to celebrate changes and improvements made at the charter school since it was designated as a Partnership Zone school. That designation came last August, recognizing the school as persistently under performing. The school got money through Race to the Top funding to improve student performance.
