Gov. Corbett expected to reveal public education plan this week

    Governor Corbett this week is expected to provide some details of his plan to fix public education in Pennsylvania.

    The Associated Press reports lawmakers expect the plan to include teacher evaluations, based in part on students’ performance and expansion of the state’s educational improvement tax credit program.

    According to the AP, Corbett is scheduled to lay out the proposal at a York school on Tuesday.
