Turkey Day is fast approaching, and volunteers from throughout the region are getting into the giving spirit by handing out the succulent fowl to needy families
Volunteers with the Urban Affairs Coalition will stuff 1,000 turkey baskets tomorrow from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. They’ll give them away on Monday at Brown’s Family ShopRite at 24th and Oregon Ave.
