This Friday, shop locally in Historic Germantown at the Wyck Historic House and Garden’s farmer’s market from 1 – 4 p.m.

Wyck’s farmer’s market can include an assortment of frutit such as apples, blackberries, black raspberries, strwberries and much more. There will also be various types of vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, egg plant, lettuce, kele, squash, and sweet potatoes.

The farmer’s market is coordinated in partnership with the The Food Trust. It will be heled every Friday afternoon through November at Wyck Historic House and Garden located at 6026 Germantown Avenue.

During the farmer’s market, shoppers will have the opportunity to see where and how their food is grown as well as participate in FREE self-guided tours at Wyck.
