Gag order remains in place for Tacony ‘dungeon’ case

The gag order placed on the Tacony kidnapping case remains in place after two hours of court arguments today.

KYW reports Judge Sheila Woods-Skipper upheld the Municipal Court decision to prohibit anyone involved with the case from commenting about it.

Philadelphia Media Network attorneys say the order is too vague and does not make clear what people can and can’t say. The case charges four people with holding children and adults captive to collect their Social Security benefits.
