Funeral plans for former UD student killed in Uganda

    Visitation will be held Friday night and the funeral will be held Saturday for Nate Henn.

    Former UD student Nate Henn will be remembered this weekend with visitation and funeral services Friday and Saturday.  Henn was killed in a terrorist attack in Uganda while working as a volunteer for Invisible Children.

    Visitation will be held at Strano and Feely Family Funeral Home in Newark on Friday, July 30 from 6-9 p.m.  A funeral service will be held at Bethel Baptist Church in Wilmington on Saturday, July 31 at 11 a.m.

    Henn was a student at the University of Delaware from 2003 through 2008.  He was a member of the school’s rugby team and had been active in Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.
