Funeral plans for Beau Biden; President Obama to deliver eulogy

Thursday and Friday have been set aside as days when the public can pay their respects to Beau Biden.
Vice President Joe Biden’s office announced Beau Biden will lie in honor at Legislative Hall in Dover from 1-5pm on Thursday. A statement from Delaware Governor Jack Markell’s office said the arrangements were made in coordination with the Democratic and Republican leaders in both the House and Senate.
On Friday there will be a viewing at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church in Wilmington. There will be 2 sessions. The first is from 1-4pm. The second will be from 6-9pm.
The Mass of Christian Burial for Beau Biden will take place Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua at 10:30am. President Barack Obama will deliver the eulogy .
Hallie Biden has requested that in lieu of flowers contributions can be made in his memory to the Beau Biden Foundation for the protection of children. Beau Biden made the protection of children a cornerstone of his time as Delaware Attorney General.
