Fumo’s son files complaint over airport cheesesteak franchise

Just because Vince Fumo is in jail doesn’t mean he can’t make headlines.

His son, Vincent E. Fumo II, has filed a complaint over his stake in a cheesesteak franchise at Philadelphia International Airport.
He says he hasn’t been paid for his share as promised. And get this — he filed the complaint against Andrew A. Cosenza, a donor to Fumo Sr.’s political campaign and the guy who accompanied the former state senator to the prison gates in 2009.

The Inquirer has the details on the story, including this tidbit: airport officials were unaware the younger Fumo has a share in a PHL franchise.
