Free SEPTA trips for NHL Winter Classic fans on Broad Street Line

What better way to celebrate outdoor hockey with free transportation?

SEPTA says it is offering Winter Classic fans a free trip on the Broad Street Line from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, January 2 for the NHL outdoor game between the New York Rangers and the Philadelphia Flyers.

The transportation authority says it has partnered with Pepsi MAX to provide the free rides for the game.

According to SEPTA, the free rides include no charges for regular fares or transfers during the seven-hour free-ride window.
