Franklin Underground Museum to close for renovations

Quick, get underground while you can. The Franklin Underground Museum is wrapping up tours before renovations begin in June.

The underground museum dedicated to our beloved Ben Franklin will shut its doors for the 18-month, $20 million project.

Uwishunu reports the doors close June 1, but the courtyard and ghost structure of Franklin’s house will stay open. State-of-the-art technology will update the current exhibits.
