Foxwoods goes to court to appeal license revocation
Foxwoods investors and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board returned to court today to discuss — what else? — the casino’s license.
Foxwoods lawyers hope to overturn the PGCB’s decision to revoke the would-be casino’s license, as KYW reports, claiming the board did not follow the proper steps to hold an evidence hearing before revoking the license.
The license was revoked last year after continue delays in the Philadelphia casino’s development.
