Foxwoods deadline

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board voted today to give Foxwoods Casion developers one last chance at getting the project off the ground.

Dec. 10 is the last day Foxwoods can submit paperwork showing proof of financing to move forward with development, the Associated Press reports. Foxwoods is still clinging to a license issued in 2006, which Councilman Frank DiCicco tried to revoke today.

Come the Dec. 16 hearing, the Gaming Control Board can revoke the license if Foxwoods still presents itself unprepared to move forward.
