Fourth District Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. launches campaign for re-election

Surrounded by his supporters, constituents and volunteers, Fourth District Councilman Curtis Jones Jr. celebrated his plans to run for re-election on Saturday at the Parkside Avenue Banquet.

Local leaders Congressman Robert Brady, Sheriff Jewel Williams, Montgomery County Commissioner Josh Shapiro, Councilman Kenyatta Johnson, Councilman Bobby Henon, Councilwoman Blondell Reynolds Brown and many more came to show their support to Jones.

“I’ve learned so much from listening to people, taking down concerns they had and that helped me form legislation. If you if you listen long enough you’ll learn what you have to do,” said Jones, who will be running for his third term.

“I’m excited to launch my run for this term and can’t think of a better way to kick of the election season than celebrating with my supporters, family and friends”.
